Who handles your data?

The operator of horgaszvizek.eu (the operator). The operator's name, address and contact details are on the Contact page.

What data do we handle?

When you sign up: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and an encrypted hash of your password. When you book: the name, email address, phone number, number of anglers and note you enter. When you review: the review text and stars. When you contact us: your message.

What do we use it for?

To run your account, to pass bookings on to the managers of the water concerned (owner and editors), to send notification emails, and to prevent abuse.

Who has access?

Booking details are visible to the managers of the water you booked. We don't sell data to third parties. Emails are sent through an SMTP provider.

Location

To calculate distances we only request your browser's location with your permission. The position is stored in your browser and only reaches the server as a search parameter.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed for the site to work (login, language choice). We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long do we keep it?

Account data until the account is deleted; bookings for up to 2 years after the booking.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and restriction of processing. You can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
